Welcome to the official website of FNA Limited (Privilege Boutique), hereinafter referred to as “the Website”.
1. Scope of Terms
We only provide non-invasive beauty services including manual facial care, skin cleansing treatment, body massage, regular device infusion and mask therapy. No injection, broken-skin microneedling, medical aesthetic or cosmetic surgery services are provided.
By browsing the Website, making online appointments, purchasing in-store services or skincare goods, or subscribing prepaid beauty sessions, you confirm that you have read and agreed fully to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to revise these terms with 7 days’ prior notice posted on the official website; revised terms shall apply to all subsequent bookings and transactions upon publication.
2. Booking, Rescheduling, Late Arrival & No-Show Rules
Booking Confirmation

After submitting a booking request, please send a confirmation reply once details are checked. Your booking is only formally confirmed after we reply “Booking Confirmed”.

Once confirmed, time slot, therapist and beauty materials will be reserved exclusively for you.
Time Regulations

Any rescheduling or cancellation must be notified to customer service 24 hours prior to appointment time. Late cancellation or same-day cancellation without notice will result in deduction of one session from your prepaid package.

Late arrival arrangements:
– Within 15 mins late: Therapist will adjust service schedule flexibly;
– Over 15 mins late: Service duration will be shortened accordingly;
– Over 30 mins late: Booking will be cancelled automatically and one prepaid session will be deducted. -
For unnotified no-show or unapproved late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 50% of single service fee as manpower & material reservation cost, or deduct one prepaid session directly.

Repeated no-show allows us to require deposit for future bookings or decline new booking applications.
Bad Weather Arrangement

When Hong Kong Observatory issues Typhoon Signal No.8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning or government extreme weather notice, our store suspends operation. All same-day bookings will be cancelled automatically without penalty, session deduction or extra charges.

Business resumes 2 hours after weather warning is lifted; affected customers will be contacted individually for rescheduling.

Under Typhoon Signal No.3, Red Rainstorm Warning or lower-level alerts, the store remains open. Normal cancellation & rescheduling rules apply if you fail to attend.
3. Prepaid Beauty Session Regulations
- All prepaid beauty sessions carry a 2-year validity period, starting from the date of payment and signing receipt. Unused sessions expire automatically upon expiry.
- Extension application is available at store before expiry subject to administration fee. Transfer of sessions to third parties is prohibited without our written approval.
- Prepaid sessions are only valid for services stated on receipt, non-refundable and non-cashable. Regular non-promotional prepaid sessions may be exchanged for services or skincare products of equivalent value under our arrangement.
- Prepaid sessions purchased via limited-time promotions are non-refundable, non-cashable and only exchangeable for items of equal value under store arrangement.
4. Retail Product Exchange Policy
- Prices of skincare products are marked in HKD on website and in store; price adjustments will be announced separately.
- Exchange rule: Unopened & unused goods can be exchanged for products of equivalent value within 14 days from purchase date with valid receipt; cash refund is not offered. Price difference must be paid for higher-value exchanges; no cash rebate for lower-value exchanges.
- No return or exchange is accepted once product seal is broken due to hygiene reasons.
- Manufacturing defective goods can be repaired or replaced with identical items with purchase proof. Sale, clearance & warehouse sale items are non-exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.
5. Customer Health Responsibility
- You must truthfully inform staff of skin allergies, medication usage, pregnancy, skin diseases, recent aesthetic operations, chronic illnesses or other health conditions before treatment. Any discomfort or skin reaction arising from concealed health information shall be borne solely by yourself.
- Please follow professional aftercare guidance after treatment. Skin problems caused by improper self-skincare, sun exposure, irregular lifestyle or personal habits shall not be our liability.
- We only provide non-medical beauty care, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Please seek professional medical consultation immediately if persistent discomfort occurs after service.

8. Liability Exemption
We may suspend service or reschedule appointments due to force majeure including natural disasters, government closure orders and sudden equipment breakdowns, without monetary compensation. Our total compensation liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of relevant service or product; we shall not be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss or loss of income.
9. Governing Law & Final Interpretation
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
- Privilege Boutique reserves the right of final decision on all disputed matters.
